What are boxing bandages?
Boxing bandages cushion and stabilise wrists and fingers. They protect you from sprains, bruises and strains from hard punches.
Do I need head protection for boxing?
Head protection prevents injuries and is therefore important. Our models are made of impact-absorbing foam padding with high strength and impact resistance. They are individually adjustable via a Velcro fastener at the back of the head and can be opened and closed even with gloves on.
Why do I need shin guards?
Shin guards offer an optimal support effect. The integrated foam padding protects against bruises and injuries even during hard kicks. The shin guard can be firmly closed and adjusted with the velcro strap. The inner material is sweat-absorbent and guarantees optimal wearing comfort.
Does it make sense to have a box-depth protection?
The groin protector with pantal cup protects what should be protected at all costs! The pantal cup can be easily removed from the groin protector. The groin protector is made of elastic cotton and can be washed in the washing machine.
How do I protect my teeth when boxing?
Protection for teeth and jaw should not be missing when boxing. The castable mouthguard adapts perfectly to the position of your teeth and is therefore suitable for all age groups. Once the mouthguard has been cast, it can of course be used again.
How do I attach a punching bag to the ceiling?
With our ceiling hooks you can hang up any punching bag safely. The ceiling hook is made of solid steel and has a special suspension eye. This prevents the punching bag from slipping out of the guide.
How do I attach a punching bag to the wall?
If you don't have the possibility to hang your punching bag on the ceiling at home, you don't have to give up boxing. Our wall mount offers the perfect alternative. It is made of sturdy square steel tubing and the extra-long extension arm allows for plenty of swing space.
What are double hand claws?
Double hand pads or boxing pads are punching pads that support you during your training. They are not only used in boxing, but also in many other martial arts such as kickboxing and Muay Thai. Because these martial arts are not only about punches, but also about using the legs and feet, the punch pads differ in their design. That's why we offer double pads and Thai pads in different shapes and sizes.
Why do boxers train with a skipping rope?
