Satisfied customers are very important to us - and 100% satisfied! If something does go wrong, please contact us by email or phone in case of problems, wrong or incorrect deliveries:

In the event of a return, please contact us in advance by e-mail or telephone and state your customer number, order number or name. The return is free of charge for you! As the manufacturer, we will pay the shipping costs for you. However, we would like to ask you not to return your goods to us without prior agreement. We can plan a collection from you at a lower cost and you can wait comfortably at home for the collection.
