Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us about your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. by mail, fax or email).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and not later than fourteen days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. We will collect the goods. We will bear the cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Special notes
Please note that the two-man delivery is a one-off service and the goods will be collected from you by standard delivery.

If you finance this contract with a loan and later revoke it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is to be assumed in particular if we are also your lender or if your lender makes use of our cooperation with regard to the financing. If we have already received the loan when the revocation takes effect, your lender will assume our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the revocation or return. The latter does not apply if the subject of this contract is the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives).

If you wish to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, make use of your right of revocation and also revoke the loan agreement if you are also entitled to a right of revocation for this.

Return labels
Without prejudice to your statutory rights, you will be provided with free return labels for your return shipment. If you use these return labels, the return shipment is free of charge for you. The return label will be provided to you by e-mail. You can hand in the return shipment at a parcel store of the respective provider in Germany.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier (e.g. Kinomap access) if:

• the consumer has expressly consented during the ordering process to the trader commencing performance of the contract before expiry of the withdrawal period,
• and the consumer has acknowledged that he loses his right of withdrawal as a result of this consent.
  This consent is given during the ordering process via a non-pre-selected checkbox, which must be actively confirmed before the order is completed.
