With the Autark 7.0, you can train all the important muscle groups: Back, chest, legs, arms and abdomen. Whether it's lat pull-ups, pull-ups, rowing, leg extensions, leg curls, butterfly or abdominal training - you have countless training options right at home. The 80 kg weight block in 5 kg increments offers you optimum load adjustment and can be extended to 120 kg if required.

Cable pull-up tower with integrated pull-up bar and rowing function

A special highlight of the Autark 7.0 is the additional cable pull-up tower, which adds even more functional exercises to your workout. The integrated pull-up bar allows you to effectively strengthen your back, arms and core muscles. The cable pulls allow you to perform free, versatile movements, making your training particularly varied and functional. A rowing function is also available to complement your back training in a way that is gentle on your joints and effective. This module brings a fully-fledged functional training programme directly into your home gym - perfect for taking strength, coordination and mobility to a new level.

Lat pull-down module - for a strong back

Use the classic lat bar to perform effective lat pulldown exercises and strengthen your upper back and bicep muscles. Ideal for beginners and advanced users to get your back in top shape.

Push/pull module - two directions of movement for maximum training success

The clever push/pull module allows you to quickly switch between chest press (push) and rowing (pull).

190° swivelling multifunctional arms - for functional training

The side-mounted multifunctional arms can be flexibly adjusted in height and angle and offer a wide 190° movement radius. This makes numerous exercises possible: chest flies, reverse flies, pull-ups, shoulder presses and much more - ideal for functional and varied training.

Leg curl and leg extension module - strong legs for your full-body workout

The integrated leg module enables targeted training of quadriceps and leg flexors. Quick and easy to adjust, it adapts perfectly to your training needs. You can optionally add a leg press to the station to work even more intensively on strength and muscle mass.

Abdominal and tricep module - effective addition for upper body and core

The overhead cable pulley module allows you to perform both intensive abdominal training (crunch movements) and targeted tricep training (pushdowns). Ideal for stabilising your core and shaping your arms.
