The HAMMER Cardio T3 home trainer offers various options for grip positions: relaxed, performance-oriented, sporty or back-friendly. The handlebars can be moved to allow upright and back-friendly training. The comfortable saddle with quick-adjustment button is easy to set to the perfect position for any body height between 1.55 m and 1.90 m. Saddle height, angle and the distance to the handlebars can be changed in seconds to suit all members of the family.
